Czp Doesn't sell Abflug gear tho. I'm mostly interested in their range of body kit and front bar options. Oh and I double checked. They don't sell the escort bonnet, just the fascia. My bad
Audio System Installed. 6x9's in the Front. JUST clears the door sill. I know it looks very "aftermarket" but I did what I could with what I had. (They're running off the headunit). Monoblock Mounted behind Passenger Seat 2 12" in generic enclosure Pioneer 5250SD Very smooth/clean looking head-unit. These 6" were in the front's I'm thinking of putting them in the rear, they arn't bad speakers. And yes if you havn't noticed..... My car is in dire need for a vacuum.
Benny C to the Rescue So, It's finally come down to one of two set's of rims. And they're only available in certain offset's Lenso D1R's Silver 18x8/8.5 (Offsets +32 and +15) 18x9/9.5 (Offset +15) OR Work Meister SSR S1 18x8 (Offsets +30 and +15) 18x9 (Offsets +30 and +15) Idea, paint the centre gunmetal or hyperblack? SO BENNY. D1R 18x8.5 +32 18x9.5 +15 WM-SSR 18x8 +30 18x9 +15 Tightly rolled guards, with the right set of tyres. Am I good to go? I have options of spacers on the fronts, so keep that in mind, it's more if the rears will sit under the guard or not. Front is lowered, rears are just above stock height, 15mm higher~ Spoiler: The meisters are replicas....
Ditto... and.. Do you have to get your guards rolled for them to fit?? Blddy beauuutiful wheels those... perfect for the Zed!
1200 set of 4 staggered. in variety of offsets. free delivery aus-wide. Give them a call http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/fo...s-by-lenso-affordable-drift-and-track-wheels/ "Please contact us on sales@autotechnik.com.au or 02 9825 8571 if you have any question. " for single rim quote.
+15 and you'll have to do plenty you won't want to to make them fit... the 8" +32's would be a piece of piss to fit. can you afford 3k+ for meisters? they come in 18x10 +20, perfect... but I guess a 9" +15 would do you'll probably want a whole bunch of adjustable suspension gubbins or you'll rip through tyres...
Update: Moved houses havn't had Internet for a long while. Heres the changes; Led in parker lights, WLEDx5 looks a little blueish. Keep in mind headlights are 6000k
LED Dash LED's Used I do not suggest using or following this guide. These LED's suck. Diffuse Rubber used from AMP component covers. They slide over the T10 bulbs easy, The idea was to try and disperse the light a little. Fuel Did the Fuel Light in Red, just so it sticks out and looks the part. Final Result Directional LED's have terribly ugly hot-spots. Even with the rubber condoms. Ordering WLEDx5 which should fix the hot-spot problem. The key ring uses a T5 (5mm wedge bulb). Simple to change aswell. So yeah, The hot-spots ruin it, so as I said i've orderd the T10's with 5 leds pointing in all directions. With rubber or a lump of super glue on the outwards pointing LED I should be able to make it look prime Edit: Ordered From http://www.bl-led.com.au/store/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=143 Due to known use and lighting in our dashes.
How did you go with the new LEDs you were ordering? I'm interested in doing the same conversion, any info/links? Already got a 300 km dash not mounted in the car.
http://www.bl-led.com.au/store/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=47&products_id=143 Fastest postage ever. Uses these LED'S Package deal Best dispersion. Lights up the whole dash. best LED setup. No noticeable hotspots. Havn't taken a picture yet but it's 100x better than the original LED's I used. For the keyhole you need a T5 bulb get them from jaycar. The more LEDs the better, heres a T5 3xLED
FYI Don't change the fuel light. Putting an LED in there will keep it on constantly. Leave the original bulb in there.
For ANTI Heres what the 6xLED's look like in my cluster by the way. Disperses the light more evenly, can't see any noticeable hotspot sin real-time. GZA ORDER! APPROPRIATELY PLACED ON TOP OF A $200 FINE! Here are the indicators installed: Wiper Delete: I would highly recommend the wiper delete, would look soo hot on a black zed. Looks a little out of place on the silver, so I'll have to get it painted. Just updating what my rear looks like I'd like to pull that panel apart again and attempt to restore it with black paint so it looks new and fresh, intimidating job though.
Thanks for the pic! I've pulled apart two OEM indiglow panels now and repaired them both, and they both came out with that somewhat sketchy black. I wouldn't try to repair it.
