Here's my progress on the water pump plates and stuff

I'm also making new coolant return pipes to the radiator.

 

ya sorry for the delays guys

my work has been keeping my quite busy earlier this month

here are some pics - i have the plate on and made up a little test rig to pressurise the plate to 1.3bar and make sure it holds it

the next test is to fill the system up with water, and check the water levels everyday before i drive it to see if it's been leaking any



you can see the air compressor for my spare tyre at the bottom of the pic there, and the little tyre pressure gauge - i plug them into the tyre valve that i put in some pvc piping from bunnings - i used the green piping glue which said on the label that its for pressure applications - you can see the way i did the setup in the pic below





and there's the plate in there connected up and being tested

 

UPDATE

The EWP's will be on your doorstep VERY soon... Here are the freight costs for each member... please deposit into my account ASAP so we can get this wrapped up and pumps delivered!

damn! must be something from ebay my sister ordered

 

got my fan and waterpump today

now it can sit next to my sound system, gauges, saw and everything else that needs to go on the car lol. Thanks for the organising the group buy and let us nkow when the controller gb goes a head.
