Freakin clean man! What pistons are you putting in there?:D
Also can I ask where you got the tubing for the pickup?
Hope to see you come on the cruises once it's done :br:

The pistons are the orginal ones
The pick was made from the orig VH45de & 300ZX pickups plus bits of tubing from the infinity half cut

Looks great. Did you open up the bearing clearances more than standard or leave them stock

Does any know if there is a size differance between the N/A and TT radiators

    Thanks

Yes, large difference. NA is larger in width, but narrower.

I used a TT rad in mine.

Do you have any measurments and piccys.
I'm interested to know to see how you installed the alt, P/S pump and air con pump

Alt is in the normal position.

    No aircon or PS.

No I don't have measurements of the rad. Should still be some piccies in my build thread. A lot got lost when photodump went down :(

What steering rack are you using
No Air con in Brisbane, nice winters but the summers :eek:Yuk

Chrispy just de-powered his steering rack.
Andy, which power steering pump did you get with your VH? IRS or Active suspension? The smaller one (IRS) should fit fine... I am ordering some IRS brackets from Nissan so I can fit my SR20DET pump... we'll see how that one goes...

I had an eBay TT radiator with a 56mm thick core, left about 22mm clearance between it and the crank pulley (not enough room for any type of puller fans). Ditched that idea and now I'm using a FMIC as the radiator with dual 10" puller thermos, looking forward to seeing the temps with this setup :p

Depowered Z32. I think I will be putting PS back in. Use a standard Z32 rack and use a electric PS pump out of a Vectra/Astra or similar. Easier and smaller than the SW20 MR2 one.

Not too fussed about aircon, doubt I'll keep the motor in the car long enough to care :p

Mazda 2 has a very compact electric pump too.
