    didnt like my seatbelts...

it would take me forever to buckle in, as it would keep locking every 10cm i tried to pull the belt

and guess wot happened in the crash? i headbutted the steering wheel, bent it, and split the end of my nose in 4 places. great seatbelt! they were installed when the car was complied at the beginning of this year

maybe it was better than getting wiplash though...

Sounds like same s/belt prob i had......

The car had been in an accident before i'd bought it.

The bolt had ripped through the door chassis, so the belt was randomly floating round. Only hanging by a thread. This was on both drivers and passengers side.

The belt needed to be on the perfect angle for it to work correctly.

if anyone else has same problem i suggest you pull door trim off and check to see that no chassis damage.

I'm glad i did, It'll probably save my life one of these days.

Sorry to hear bout your nose man.

    Cheers Fate

Yeh same here but happens at odd times. I thought it was from my belt conversion.

And the silly thing doesn't even fully retract when unbuckled!

So when we're on a cruise or something and you guys hear someone squealing and squirming, that would be me trying to take my seatbelt off

had a look at car today

Went by the towing yard this morning. What a suprise when i saw TWO ZEds in there. Its rare seeing a zed in a day driving round Noosa. Anyway, its a silver one and looks like it came out a lot worse then zedded's black one. Anyone know anything of what happened?????

Too bad for the car though, exactly the one i want =P
Will you be getting another Z or will you settle for a nice 4 cylinder mummies car?

Good to hear all were safe and nothing bad (except car)

Pleased all were OK...if it's any help drop me a PM
with your bank details 'cause I'd like to make a small donation to help out...you can at least buy some lottery tickets (and maybe some others might remember when they, too, have had a rough result, whether their own fault or not...). Best of luck.
