I would need at least 2 months. But if you take paypal or some way to pay by credit card I may be able to be persuaded to doing it sooner.
I hope no ones in a rush.

would you be modifying the rear bar to look like the US one? or would we have to get it done ourself? also what would be an estimate at getting these fitted and painted?

    USA Bar

Once I made up some copies I could make up a USA bar if people needed that type for sure.
Its just a matter of changing the holes to suit bigger muffler tips.

you would have to get the whole car resprayed dude, and fitting includes drilling them into your original panels then bogging over the top... it surprises me how much interested there is for this widebody as there is quite a lot of work involved in fitment... i'm keen as mustard! now for those 11.5" wide rims :D

I was actually going to ask that.
would 10" rims suit the wide gaurds.
The z32 wide body beet car uses 10" rims with a 0 offset. would that be alright to use.
also with how the gaurds sit, would that make it impossible to tuck the wheels under the gaurds (airbag suspension).

would this replace the section that the tail lights bolt on to as well?

I am sure the rear bar bolts on just below the tail lights so i assume not.

The bar fits just like any other bar

it joins to the car just like any other bar below the tail lights.
it just that some people in UK and USA fil in the line with filler so there is no join.
That would just make it to hard to remove the rear bar if needed.

That rear bar needs to be modded...

IMHO it wont look the best...

So cut out the bottom section of the rear bar... What if you have quad tips?

  16. Gonzo

    Gonzo STROSEKED

Quad tips can be done also

I would make a bar for quad tips and one with single large tips.

Just some pics of what is involved and a link to one that has been done.
This mite turn you off or make up your mind if your still keen enough and would wont to do this to your Z.

And check out the price it cost this guy to have it done.

some pics with a non wide rear bar that was moded to fit the wide guards.

Notice the wheels are not very wide and there are no wheels spacers on either not a good look with out wide wheels or spacers.
They are a must for this to look right.

I really don't think i want spacers like thse on my car. i would much rather very deep dish rims.

But like i did ask. would 10" rims with a 0 offset be alright or would spacers be needed either way.

    Im not to sure

I have 9.5 with 10 tyres on so it will be some think I have to find out when I out on the rears myself I will have to adjust to suit.
