mr gonzo .. just to clarify your idea/proposal for me .... .. what you are proposing is that interested members would pool funds to purchase and import one full set of the items you have listed, share the costs and then take it/work out "something" to do with them following arrival in australia .. ?? if so, it sounds a good move to me .... :zlove: :zlove:
sounds a lil silly but im a big fan of the wide body (beet z). Is there any chance that thats acutually available to buy or was it a once off....secondly if buying is not feasible can it be made, then sold???
i'm interested in the widebody and rear, but the price would have to come down quite a bit... i suggest you post up what price it would be for 10 contributors each - that price may attract 10 people to sign up for it
Are you bringing in a 2+2 or 2 seater? I would be interested if it was made available for a 2 seater.
If enought people wont 2 seater and 4 seater We could have one of each brought in and would be sold for a lot less. And I could have these modified and copied. As I do not copy things that have a copy right on them. I could get the rear guards and rear bar done for $800.00 2 seater or 4 seater. But I need good numbers for each to make it happen. Then this would go to the group buy section. Do these help make up your mind? well maybe not this one lol.
I've seen pics of that black one around and wasen't too fussed before, but now that there may be the possability of actually buying it it's looks much more appealing! hehe I think the reason I didn't like it before is if it's the one i'm thinking of the front bar is quite hideous. But skirts and rear look great. Potentially interested in how this progresses......... Ben
gonz .. do you need to also add in import duty/gst ..?? ...... and if so, what these are likely to be ... need for number crunching ...??

question.... the rear bar is moulded into the wide fenders.. do these come in parts then its up to us to mould them together? or one huge piece... also the tother thing is are these "bold on the side then mould in side body parts" or a replacement to whats on there? Like the beets kit isnt a body kit as much as it is a body build up...
I am interested but I have some questions. 1. I am guessing you are getting in a kit and them copying it then selling the copies so would it be possible to get it Jan/Feb next year ? (have to save for holiday) 2. as loud'n'proud asked do these bolt on over the top of the stock quarter panels or are they complete replacements for the ass end of the car ?
if i am buying part of the original, then who is keeping the original? i think the idea is that we are buying the copies, with a guaruntee so that gonzo feels assured to go ahead and buy the original knowing that he'll still make money out of it and if i am buying a part of the original, then does someone in 6 months from now that wants a copy, do they also contribute to the original? or should i sit back and wait quietly, like some people would plan on doing if that was the case if anything, you would want it to be discounted to the first people that help get the project off the ground, rather than charging them extra, otherwise, the project may not even get off the ground
Some answers for you. Yes these (the guards that is) go over your own guards and have to be moulded to the car from body shop or like me witch would do my own. There is only one kit coming and I would own the kit to be copied one for 2 seater one for 4 seater. SO really 2 kits coming. The price would be $800.00 for either kit pay no more I pay shipping GST and TAX. But this cant be done unless I get enought people wonting them and as you may all know to buy just one for your self cost heaps, so doing it this way we are all hepling each other out. I have already been in touch with a sale rep and have got a price on one to be send to me all I need to do is let him know when to send it. And to pay for it. it would take 3 weeks to get here and then a few more weeks to mould and start reproducing them. need number first though. 6 of each will get them here.
looks sexy but dont forget that you will need some big arse rear wheels for that kit, you could use spacers but i dont really trust em. also what about side skirts, do we need them or need to change them for this kit?
I think that the widebody includes half of the side skirt like it angles in as it goes towards the nose of the car, eventually meetinig up with the stock side in the middle of the door, is that right gonzo?
