Unique Autosport Reliable?

Hi Guys, I made an order to Unique Autosport on 20 of February 07.
I am still waiting for the goods. Are these people reliable?
Whats your experience with them?

What was it for? In stock parts? or special order. Have you contacted UAS in regards to this before posting?

 

I have ordered twice though UAS

One was a group buy, so some delays can be expected, and the other was a direct purchase of an in stock item.
Product arrived within 2 days to Brisbane.

 

I ordered Antenna aeral insert, a Z centre Panel Gold, A custom Leather Handbrake & Gear Booth. and Centre Panel.
Everithing was in their web site.
The Centre Panel was refunded as they didn't have it.
The other goods they told me wher waiting for one item.
This was six weeks ago or more. How long does it take to go through
an order.

 

Yes they are reliable. They have just moved premises and your order may
have been misplaced. Give them a call on (02) 9620 9000 and ask for Tim.

You really should contact them first. I've never dealt with them directly but they've got a huge involvement and it seems to me that John for the most part is OK

Many years ago they wanted $700 for a 300k speedo and I fell off of my Internet chair.

I don't think that you've got anything to worry about - they are good guys.

ans take in consideration it was not a special order, and was in February.

He has just moved so give him a chance to get up to speed

There suppliers can be a little slow especially with order in gear, just because its on the website doesnt mean they have it all in stock. They can be slow but on average no worse than most and it does get there call Tim he will sort it out.

 

Hang in there !!!!

John will bag every other vendor around, but I'm sure he will respond sooner or later

Bought from them many times in the past.

Never had any issues. Items can take a while to arrive sometimes.

After 2 weeks though, I would give them a call...

But from my past experience I never had any problems.

Havnt had any probs

ive dealt with them a bit and havnt had any probs. Things arrive in good time usually. possibly they are still adjusting from the move. the only issue ive ever had is the guys the are nearly always so busy it can be hard to get 5 mins to chat to someone if you have questions. but all my parts have always arrived in excellent time.

 

I bought some sideskirts from them a while back

and took a few phone calls and weeks of waiting. If they advised of a waiting period to begin with then you would understand and be patient but when nothing is mentioned about waiting periods, you start to get a bit frustrated after weeks of waiting. Spoke to Tim on numerous occasions and felt I was getting the run around a bit.

Well that was my experience anyway. In the end - the door spats didn't fit anyway!(I've still got them)

 

Now, if that post came from JP, there would be an unholy swarm of criticism about businesses "bagging" other businesses.

 

Keep ringing them every day or 2. I had the same experience....took 6 weeks to get parts that were supposable in stock. What let me down was every different person you spoke to told a different story

 

Maybe Lloyd - but I purchased these

for my own car, not through Cresta. But seeing as though I'm only registered on here as Cresta - my post had to come through Cresta. Besides - I was merely sharing my experience, wasn't bagging anyone or anything.
