As you can see, they measure approximately 60mm. I took the photo on a slight angle so it looks like the starting point of the measurement is a bit far over, but it is at the start of the piping...

    60mm = 2.36"

I must say, the quality is sensational, and the welds are excellent!

    UPDATE

    Hey guys,

I did a quick trial fit on my zed on the weekend and there is a tiny bit of work that needs to be done.

I'll get onto TuneAgent about it but if they can't do it for us, i'm sure it will be a 10 min job.

The divorce part of the dump pipe is slightly too big and if mounted without grinding/sanding down, you will most probably have a leak between the turbo and dump (not good).

Here is a pic of what needs to be done...

if everyone is happy with the go ahead, i'll put through the payment tomorrow...

Give me a couple of hours and i'll post up the confirmed/paid.

    Re: UPDATE

Are your turbo's from an auto or manual TT? Would be interested to see if there is a difference.

    turbos are from an auto...

i can vouch that minivan has a problem with at least one of his too...

i'll email tuneagent tomorrow and see if we can get this rectified before delivery.

are the auto turbo's smaller or something?

  11. tom@pzp

    tom@pzp www.pzp.com.au

    yeah they are...

not sure how smaller and what they mean but smaller... i.e. width, height, internals, etc...

    maTTz 500 Club

yeah i think that kinda thing

is best if they do it

instead of all of us doing it individually and some of us stuffing it up perhaps

better to get them to do it tomster :)

    Hey Tom

Wouldn't it be a good idea to have Tune Agent perform the slight modification for us. I mean if we modify it ourselves and we go too far then they wipe their hands with it.. If the oprion is available i wouldn't mind going down that path..

I understand it has been a bit of a bitch fight thus far, but we are near the end and i feel like we should do right once.. Then we won't have to rework the whole thing...

    My 2 cents

    I agree with Terry

It would be better for them to do it.
any way see how you go, I think if they wish for future business they would be more than happy to help us out;)

    Re: UPDATE

As far as I know, myself & PEXZED didn't require any modifications to the divorce section. They bolted to the turbos fine.

P.S. Nice red arrows Tom ;)

whats happening in regards to this ?

If you get the ones with the mod done wont it be worse of for those who had turbo's from a manual. Wha is the difference between manual and auto turbo's? I know my car originally started as an auto too.

    PEOPLE!

please wait till i hear back from TuneAgent... Auto turbos are slightly smaller HOWEVER the problem with the divorce piece isn't just for autos... i have had some people with manuals have the same problem... and then again, some people haven't....
