IMHO I think if we had some regular feedback from Simon on what's happening then I'd feel a little more comfortable. IMHO, if someone is doing something for me and I couldn't get hold of them (email or phone), I start to wonder what is going on??????
in my day job I'm a project manager and generally if people are hard to contact something is not right. Hence the reason for sounding a bit pushy, if you push hard enough the truth usually comes to the surface, in my day job. Not saying there is anything happening here and I understand there have been quite a few issues, just feedback helps a lot.

Thanks................... Sorry bud but if I don't get them on my doorstep by October 31 I am out of this GB. Basically it's been nothing but a general root around. Keep the funds so far but I will be informing other forum members of the crap supply, inefficiency in making things happen, taking funds without having any supplier, lack of feedback and the genereal root around by Simon in general. After all they are stainless steel pipes, not hard to come by, bent and flanges again not hard to have cut. If you genuinely have the Engineering details to manufacture these things any workshop in Aus will make them for you in 4 - 6 weeks max.
I suggest you contact TTZ then! You have Simon's mobile number & email!!! I'm doing all I can do at my end!........I'm just a buyer like you remember! Most of this is out of my hands! All I can do is call & ask for updates! It's not like I can go there & make them myself! Funds that have been paid so far are DEPOSITS for making the custom order! As you are aware these are NON REFUNDABLE so you would be mad to pull out now! You may be able to get your HPC payment refunded but you will need to speak with Simon about it! I have no control over TTZ refund policy! You've waited this long........why not see it through to the end??
The long and the short of it is that somewhere around $2000 has been deposited nearly 5 months ago. I work in the Engineering field and bending stainless pipe, cutting the flanges, HPC coating does not take this long. Our deposit is as good as anyone else's money and to wait this long is generally unacceptable in the outside world and any customer of any service would have taken this stance a long time ago. I stand by my last comment, if they aren't here by Oct 31 then I will be posting a warning to other members to beware. I understand this is not your fault but by posting here, other members in the GB can see.
well you've basically already posted up a warning man. I'm a bit peeved that it's taking a while to get these too, as is everybody else, but i understand his situation. It's not as simple as getting one set made up, they had to get them engineered and approved etc. Can't go selling some half arsed dodgy shit. And it's not like this is the ONLY thing going on in their lives, people have other jobs too. I mean yeah, it's been a long time, and hopefully not too much longer now that the first set is made, but cut the guys some slack. If it turns out to be a rip off then yeah, heads will roll and i'll be the first to grab a flaming torch and pitch fork lol you're doing a good job mate just keep us informed
From an ex participant of Russ`s Headers GB In the previous GB, the TTZ headers were made from a different factory. There is a reason they changed factories and I can only assume as its been previously discussed why its taking a while. I vouch for Russ, for the efforts he puts in and for the nothing he gets out. Ease up on shooting the messenger. My $0.02, you will all end up with a quality product.
