    Sure!.......

Basically I can't put a time limit on this just yet??........as I can't do anything until we have the minimum number to place an order!......but once we do have 5 confirmed deposits then I will make some serious decisions on a closing date!!!......as I don't want to keep those that have paid deposits waiting too long for others to get their finances sorted out??......but at this stage it will be at least the end of April! :)

    Only need 2 more????

We now have 3 confirmed buyers with deposits paid so we only need a few more to get involved to make this 2nd round happen!

So c'mon NA owners.....you know you want em! :zlove:

    C,mon. Do it dudes.

I have spent a lot of $$$ on my NA since its purchase 18 months ago.

    100,000 service.
    Unifilter.
    GFB pully.
    Magnaflow Mufflers
    Etc...

But the biggest gain I have got is with the headers.
Lots of extra power down low with a real surge when the tacho swings past 4,500 rpm, with that wonderful snarl only a NA can produce!

My mate has a tt and I gave him a drive of my car last week. He was totally blown away with the performance it now has. Reckons it is like a new car.

Fuel econonomy? Hard to say as I have been having a bit of fun with the extra HP. It is certainly no worse. I suspect better. Getting 550km per tank.

The headers bolted straight on to the stock exhaust system. No mods required.

I know a bloke that will install them in Perth if required. PM me.

    Lance.

High quality, sexy looking NA zed headers.
look at the lovely HPC finish. Design and manufacture is much better than the crappy Ebay type headers that you see around.

I am very happy with the headers I bought in the round 1 GB, well worth every dollar.

Anyone who was considering a pair of these and is not getting in on it, DO SO NOW, or else there will be none left later!!!

There is a tech article on NA header installation. Seems easy enough to do yourself if you have the tools. Would probably be a 2 person job if you tried it at home with the car on stands...
    Tech article HERE

Only need one more set guys... lets get this GB happening!

    Few things to note!

    * remember this tech article is for a US car!......so I'm not sure how the different location of the steering mechanism, battery etc etc will effect what does or doesn't need to be removed to fit the headers in our cars????

    * the EGR needs to be 'disabled' (not necessarily removed tho as this is a big job in itself).....in order to fit these headers?? ......they have no provision for the EGR connection.

    * remember Simon suggested to add extra lugs into the heads as indicated in the first GB post - this is not necessary!.......but will ensure the best 'fit'!

    * I'm not sure if you have to remove the dipstick??.....as the header flange has been 'removed' to allow for it??.......so I don't know if you need that gasket or not??

I may be in, I'll check my account balance today.

Honestly is the HPC coating worth the extra few hundred??

    Do I need gaskets?

    cheers,
    aaron. :zlove:
