Keep in mind it's a daily driver that gets taken to the track and the strip when the need for speed takes over.

 

i got my z up to 365km/h just now, heres a pic to prove it too

 

ive hit 190 im my Z but i ran out of speedo.
some one cure my ingorance does the Z32 come with a top speed limiter?

 

the j-specs came with a 180 km/h ecu-controlled top speed. Once removed there is no top speed besides what gearing/revs limit you (ie. around 280 redline for TT's)

During the 2001 Grand Prix Rally I was clocked over the flying 1/8th of a mile at the Ford poving ground at 243. That was measured by both a radar gun and timing beams at start and finish with the results compared. How many people here making claims really know how accurate their speedo is at high speed?

 

I do. I at the very least verified 284 on a GPS. Although my mate in the car accidently cleared the max kph before I got to take a pic of it, I have quite a witnesses that saw it.

 

Wouldnt it be more interesting to compare the highest speed in the crappest car?

 

195-200km/hr in my NA

on the main straight at philip island race track

 

130 in the wifes excel

145 in a 3 tonne truck with a load on the back yes downhill
and 150 in my lancer 1.5 carby ftw

lol as stated before my TT went to about 190kmh then speed limter kiked in an yes Its prob not accurate I know lol

AS for bunky racing 150kmh in the CA20DE pintara YO! it got 2 spark plugs per cylinder YO! :thumbup:
