Progress update

Well i got my parts back for fleet after getting them painted. Dam that turned out good. So i did some more work. Finished the stereo surround and got that in. Put the coilpacks back together. and put some more parts back on the egine. Looking good so far, still got a long long way to go. Next step is to send the plemum down to caz for polishing and that should be all i need to put her back together. Hopefully it will start first time. but probly not, ahh the fun of owning a zed.

way to go man, i was thinking of polishing my valve covers too but i wasnt sure how much you can see them with the upper plenum on

 

You can see a fair bitof the intake covers inbetween the plenum runners

I have been a busy boy today. I managed to put the other timing cover on. put the fan back on. transfer some parts from old plemum to new plemum. and manages to do an under plemum bypass. If i had of know that i would be such a b!t#h to do it. i would of just left it. but i got it done, (and got the record for taking the longest time to do it.) and i sat the new plemum on top with the balance pipe on it, for a test fit. a little bit of moving and we were good. so i took some pics of it for all of you out there.

the cas is bout the only thing that is not hard to pull out.
