TTZ NA Headers - Rnd 3

well i know that the stock was 2.25, but i just checked and the inner pipe is 50mm then it goes out to 54 and then it has like a reem out that is to 64mm.
so it has a pipe in side the header, then the cast for about 15 mm then the cast is reemed out to 64mm over about 10 mm.

Hi Guys!

I've just been speaking with Simon at TTZ regarding our header order!

Headers are almost finished!.......the manufacturer is hoping to have them completed & back from the paint shop by the end of next week!!.......but then we still have to get them shipped here to Melbourne & off to HPC (for those that want this!) etc etc.......so hopefully not too much longer now! .......it's gonna be a great Xmas pressie for your Z! :zlove:

Apparently the order has been delayed a little cos their pipe bending machines didn't like the heatwave Adelaide had recently! ........but it seems its all back on track now!

I'll send out PM's for final payments asap??.......so we can get all the loose ends sorted so there are no delays once we receive the order!

Still trying to confirm the size of the actual box that the headers will come in??.......until I can get that sorted I can't get accurate postage quotes??......I'm working on it though!

 

Update! Headers are made & off to the paint shop today for final touches! - apart from the ones getting HPC coated!

I have the packaging dimensions confirmed so I'll get your final payments (shipping inc) out to you all in the next few days!

Prompt final payments would be appreciated so we can get this GB sorted & put to bed!

All the Vic members........I'll include shipping quotes in your final totals??.......but if you want to arrange pickup from me direct (Albert Park = work, Flemington = home) then just leave this out of your payment!

Yes they will be the standard finish!.......BUT........if anyone would like to buy these & take them off Whopper's hands??.........HPC can still be arranged!........as they sandblast them (or something along these lines??) prior to applying the coating anyway!........so the standard finish won't make any difference if you want HPC??
