    PZP 60mm Throttle Bodies

Yeah baby! I'm happy to announce that we've received two sample sets of our new product... 60mm Throttle Bodies! :zlove:

These puppies are a direct fit to the Z32 plenum and suit both NA and TT! PZP throttle bodies are brand new items; brand new castings using all brand new parts! None of this re-bored upgrades, etc. :p I haven't yet dynoed or road tested our new product however I'm sure there will be great increases in throttle response and possible power gains.

I'm happy to announce that they will be sold at a RRP of $429AU with a special of $399 when the bulk of my stock arrives. I'm also happy to do a group buy of 30+ units for a crazy $299... if anyone is interested??!!!! :zlove:

I'll be testing them over the weekend on a customer's car with the GT2560R turbos and hope to have some results early next week....

    Stay tuned!

    simple they flow more lol

stock is 55mm dont think it would be worth it unless you have aftermarket turbs tho

The advantages include increased throttle response, torque and power gains throughout the rev range... I'll post up our test results next week.

Stock is 50mm, not 55mm swifty... so that's 35% more cross-sectional area. Power gains will be proven over the weekend when I do some dyno testing but the main gain I that I am interested in is throttle response, not peak power. :)

Is there a way to objectively test throttle response? Torque changes maybe?

And, apart from the larger size, do they have anything different to stock such as stronger springs etc.? I'm just wondering how they would increase throttle response on a mildly upgraded Z?

Well you know I am interested. What are they cast from? Will they polish up nicely?

yes the polishing is a serious question :p

It all depends on your hardpipes ross... I've managed to squeeze a 2.5" coupler over them (just) so if your hard pipes are 2" you could get away with a couple of reducers.

Aluminium castings so they will polish up nicely!

    30 individual units

or 30 sets of two for the $299?

i'm waiting for results to see whether I can find the $$ at the moment for it otherwise i'd be likely to do it a bit later after ive sorted out the rest of my build.
