Here is mine aint the best pic in the world, but it gives you a rough idea. i put the zed on my mates hoist and paitned them with red heat resistent paint.
haha not what i meant.. i meant without draining the brake lines and all that. as in taping newspapering around where i dont want to spray. any screws/bolts to avoid?
where are the calipers? cant look straight at the rims... too much bling.. whats it like being black in Australian society? I assume your black as only black people can pull off that much rim bling. lol, na looks good
Did you have to do any mods to fit the larger calipers? Edit: Nevermind.. I found the price of the calipers I'll stick with my adapters and r33 slotted rotors haha
your rear calliper just gave me an idea change your red to blue, then red the top circle part of the calliper =]
Been mucking about with my lot. By gargoyle123 at 2011-08-22 By gargoyle123 at 2011-08-22 By gargoyle123 at 2011-08-22 By gargoyle123 at 2011-08-22 Felix is going to make me a "brembo" template and I'll make the name in silver.
Just had to drill the holes out to 14mm as stock are 12mm, what I like about these is there's no caliper spacer and the Rotors are bugga all in size differen'ts.
yeah its an easy mod, have gone this way myself. If you keep an eye out on sau you can pick up front calipers/rotors/pads for a really good price. The jump to 310mm & 32mm thick is nice too (especially on an NA) & zero dramas about pad overhang, etc. GOTTAGO which rotors are those & were did you source? I've just got the stock ones on for the moment but would like some slotted ones soon. If you dont mind how much did they cost, pm if you'd prefer. cheers, Tim
I went yellow on mine (aztec red colour) Yellow looks good but I guess it depends on the colour of your car as well Linda
I let the brake dust build up on mine. Because 'once you go black, you'll never go back'. Especially so if they're yellow
If stock Zed calipers looked the business I would paint them red. Unfortunately they look pretty average these days (compare to some of the monsters you see on Fords and Holdens). For stock calipers my choice is black.
