As you seem to want to interpret my post as a serious set of reasons for maintaining oz300zx.com, I will answer some of your offensive(and not so offensive assumptions) as best I can.

Firstly, I did NOT go around "bad mouthing" this forum, either then or since.
I, like all the other Mods on that site, was invited to accept the Moderator role, and I accepted.
All the Mods on that site, volunteered to make a one time monetary donation to assist in setting up the domain. This was never intended as anything other than a sign of good will(and commitment to the success of the site).
I do not claim ownership of all or part of that forum.
In

my role as a moderator, I never needed to involve myself in anything other than minor housekeeping and answering the occasional request for help(the in fighting and backstabbing that frequently broke out on this site, was not evident on the new site, and so never became an issue).
Your comments about the value or volume of my input on that site, is not a subject on which you should sit in judgement(given your admitted lack of knowledge on that matter).
Your remark about my being "left in the ditch" is not only ill informed, it is also highly insulting(but that says more about you, than it does about me).

I have never suggested that I wished to be a Moderator on this site, so your advice on this is purely speculation on your part, and has no basis in fact.
In my 66 years of life, I have never been unemployed(once I entered the workforce at age 16) and so any suggestion that I lack the motivation to work, hard or otherwise, is also irrelevant.

On the subject of banning, let me speak as someone with experience, the more someone is banned, the less it impacts upon them and it quickly loses the desired effect of the original punishment.

Please do something about your appalling lack of humour, you could benefit enormously from picking up some skill in that area(and who knows, you may even enjoy it).:biggrin::biggrin:

 

I think I have the innate ability to put up the sh!t I get on a near daily basis doing this volunteer role. I just shrug it off.
I don't begrudge doing it, most of the time I enjoy it.
After the Email I just received from Paul, I'm disgusted.

in regards to oz300, i'll put forward a vote to have the forum merged with aus300, and the oz300 link forwarded to aus300 so anyone on oz300 who is unaware of, or finds it, can come here.

oh, and incorperate the lap time/dyno/drag list links at the top middle/right of the screen.. since the aus300 logo is so tiny.
