The warning was for breaking forum guidelines (several times), and for then being rude when you were called up on it. It might come as a suprise to you but I read a lot more posts then people think, I've been watching you and your attitude and figured a friendly warning might help you turn it around before we have to step in and ban you.

im going back on topic now, hey scump they only thing i sympothise with is that his car was impounded. i think that is a stupid punishment and highly unfair that it requires immediate payment to free your vehicle. breaking the law is irresponsible and getting caught and paying the fines is the price you pay. i just don't agree with the impound laws

 

I'm with you Scump. I'm sorry if 300XZ Lover thinks its harsh but to come on here complaining that your car was impounded for racing and then adding to it by telling us that your licence is being suspended in a week for speeding makes him look like the sort of brain dead retard who costs all of us increased insurance premiums, unwanted attention from the Police and the creation of the very laws he is complaining about.

It is pretty simple, if you want to race then do it on a track. If you don't then you deserve everything the law throws at you. He needs to suck it up, admit that it is he who is in the wrong, and deal with it.

If it's a public road and you chose to turn it into your own personal testing grounds then you should accept the consequences that come with these actions and learn from it.
Moses has already aknowledged he is wrong, I don't think he put up this thread for sympathy but rather to tell his story in the hope that it may deter other's from doing as he has.

He is stupid because he is about to lose his licence for speeding and yet he still went and raced someone, in the wet.....now that is retarded because it is even more dangerous, and he didn't learn his lesson the first time.

 

Taking a few words out of a sentence, and then using them as a quote, is a typical act used by people who take an indefensible stance on an unpopular opinion.
