Yes the rhs actuator is tight but it dose fit without any grinding to the mount. I was suprised that the only thing that had to be done to fit the turbos, was to slightly bend both oil return pipes, and thats all they had to, no clocking no grinding no cutting, direct fit! The exhaust is next, I need dumps, I'm hoping the UAS bellmouth dumps will be ready sometime soon.:zlove:
Looks great :zlove: Reckon you could give me some rough dimensions of your turbo's please? Just a overall length x height x width nothing too accurate. The little cogs in my head are grinding away...
These are the Turbos never measured the over all length or width, I'll do it tomorrow. http://www.turbobygarrett.com/turbobygarrett/catelog/Turbochargers/GT25/GT2560R_466541_4.htm
Thanks for asking edd Well its stalled a bit over the last couple off months! The fuel system (pump reg injectors rails ect) took a little longer to piece together than I expected but that?s done now It?s frustrating me no end, but every thing I'm doing has to be spot on, I'm like that. It?s going to worth it in the end, which is going to be around christmas, hopefully this one I think:zlove:
Up date Go round to installing the 555's into the 300deg rails this morning I was intending to modify the stock rails, but my brazing skill leaves a lot to be desired. I had hoped to show a pictorial step by step, but for some reason a lot off the shots were blurred so I left most off them out. [/IMG] [/IMG] [/IMG] [/IMG] [/IMG]
Few pics started to get the engine ready to install, just a few pics to show, waiting for parts from the states, then its in.
