And a nice new oil cap which you can get in a neon colour to go with the blow torched hard pipes.

A nice retouched up cable cover . That's just the start :D

Silicone spray I've tried, it leaves this gross residue. Not a fan of constantly having to clean them up after refitting. Heating them with a heat gun is the best method I found. Still ended up selling them, lol.

Coming along well. Spring clamps are much easier on the eye than T-bolt, if you want the best spring clamps (functionality and appearance IMO) get some Murray clamps from Turbosmart.

Those HKS BOV's can be fit on the hard pipes if you really want to show off. Hope they're legit!

trust me the BOV's are legit if thats what your talking about
I requested a crap load of close up pics before purchasing and spent hours upon hours upon hours researching the difference between the knock offs and the real things.
They where bought brand new from a shop in Japan and brought over.

Yeah those spring clamps look great

    Finally got around to this
figured a new engine can only perform so well depending on the air that it can suck in
    And a cool angle shot

ok so last night a mate (Mahnya in the first pic) came over and we relocated the PTU under the nose panel no pics as every one knows how to do that.

BUT something different for you all.....

we relocated the Rad coolant overflow tank under the nose panel as well.
we did this so that we could poke all the fuses down the hole that originally had the neck of the overflow tank coming through the wheel arch.

we then extended a lot of wires.
tomorrow i will be making a waterproof casing for the fuse box.

    here are some pics.

Now before you all flame me for this one, i have numbered them all so i know exactly which ones go where in the fuse box.
and no i will not be driving my car while it is like this haha.
Remember the splash guards go in between the fuse box and the wheel. Also the bottom of my engine bay will be having a full custom splash guard and nothing will get in. and just to be sure the fuse box is safe it will be in a water proof casing.

And now the final product after i found my first bit of rust under the fuse box where water must have got caught and manifested into something Evil.

    Cut it out,
    Filled bracket holes,
    Primed it,
    Painted it,
    Clear coated it.

Bobs your uncle and Fanny's your aunt.

    Thanks mate
engine is coming out again next week for my new turbos as the last set turned out to be duds. so when its out ill be deleting the hicas and will hopefully get to spray the whole bay.
    fingers crossed

    Hi Mate,

Honestly I don't think that you should go that low with your fuse box, but if it's gonna be in waterproof box that might be just ok.

However Picture 3 and duct tape over wires ain't good idea....
Use heatshrink to insulate those wires at least.

    Cheers
