Corner mount sub boxes

Nope thats the cancellation effect.
Winding the windows down reduces alot of wave reflection hence the increase in Bass
Every car IS different so it pays to shift the sub around to where it sounds best.
I think pete's corner boxes would be great for sealed subs , don't know about subs requiring porting tho .

Just out of curisity what do you think is a good price for One / Pair

I still need to calculate what i will need per box

But i would like some opinions on price

id pay 100$ each. Prob not any more else out of my budget. I already have a big box. but yeah these would be nice to free up boot again. Maybe put a mesh/grill/glass pprotection over them too?

These are not set in stone as yet
It looks like these will be approx $220 - $230 Ea maybe $410 for a pair
I think this is a rather realistic price as there have been some on ebay for $400-$450 ( Made from MDF )


GB pricing will be much better (As I can buy products in bulk)
If i can have a DEFINATE show of hands for the 2 seater boxes
I will crunch some numbers for a GB

They will be made with 4ply of matting, come with terminals and be vinyled for this price
Shipping estimates will be calculated once a final product weight has been confirmed

 

At that price I will be in for 1 for a 2+2 specially if it's cheaper for a GB. Looks like a PITA to make, so price seems to reflect that.

 

doh, any chance you could run a 2+2 GB along side the 2+0 GB? @ that price i'm definitely in for a 2+2 box.

My pioneer VCCS 12"s need 1.2cubic feet each - anything i can do to get that extra .2? dont really know much about the tricks here
