Brake Upgrades -rotors, lines, deflectors/ducts

Timeframe is flexible -i'm not too concerned with stopping my car just yet so i'm happy to suit the majority. What wheels are you running? If you can give me some specs i'll ask john to confirm whether or not the upgrade kit fits.

 

Ok mate sounds like a plan. The more info you can get ie offset, spacers etc, the better. Template is a good idea i'll see if i can track one down.

 

Awesome Price for Brake Upgrade...

Guys in all the excitement I forgot to get a quote for brake upgrade kit only (ie no pads).

So for DBA 4000 series rotors and UAS adapters as pictured in the original post group buy price (5 or more) is $570!!!.

 

Good question -cresta? I'll ask john if they have any spares hanging around the shop.

Here's the official word from DBA, I asked for disc and hat so I assume that is what we have.

"The 4000 series is 9.5kg per disc, the 5000 series assembly is 8.35kg each."

 

Mate jealous doesn't BEGIN to describe it......... which rotors are you interested in?? You know you want the curved vane ones..... I do!

So more than enough to roll with the braided lines and there's no minimum for air deflectors or brake fluid. Could do with some more interest in brake upgrade kits though, at $570 I would have thought they'd be walking out the door???
