+1 I think it would be cool having 2k spec lights but with LED's built inside rather than normal globes.
I have resigned to that the 2K lights are the best, or at least get rid of the orange in the older stock ones. I have experimented with the 'ferrari' lights, I have fully cleared rears on Silver, and I have had other variations. Thing is, Nissan's designers did a good job. The lights fit in with the rest of the car and some cheap and nasty 'upgrade' is only going to ruin, or at best diminish the overall look of the car. The car has a soul, and if you change it, it is not a 300ZX any more. Sure, this design in itself looks great, but it is not a ZED anymore. That car has lost it's soul
I agree stef, Zeds are one of the prettiest cars and thats the reason barely any body modifications look good on them. They're fairladys for a reason, keep it that way! Trying to be different hardly ever looks better and you'll soon find there are others also trying to be different until theres a whole group of the same "unique" cars around. I like the look of a newer stock light though like gargoyle has posted, but thats just brightening up the stock look not changing it.

Hyall must be more styles out there, this is getting really great seeing all the variations It will be good having a reference post to show all the styles concieved so dont worry about whether you like it, just post it if its different for the benefit of all. If you want skyline tail lights, maybe you should buy a skyline. Dont destroy your mighty Z32. She's beautiful just the way she is
