had these mocked up, screamerrrrr pipes. yes i know the drivers side will spray the clutch slave and yes it is being modified haha, and no i dont have the spacer so no they wont leak, thats my secret to keep they are just for noise not performance lol.

but forgot that the TT power steering pump with the hicas shit, wouldnt work so quickly had to swap the NA pump on with the bracket lol..

AMS rad is now in, just cut and re-welded the supports, can anyone confirm that TT heater hard pipes are different to NA, my hoses coming from the firewall are no where near the same :/

hard wiring the fuel pump tomorrow, also considering putting the surge tank in, but holding off untill CAMS get back to me on having a surge tank in an open coupe (no rear seats) thinking i may have to cover it with perspex.

so update time! (pics to follow)

these parts i have now got:

F1 racing 6 puk button clutch
F1 racing lightened flywheel
escort front fascia
TT fuel pump
new daily wheels
BOV's
re-mapped ECU
19 row midnightmods oil cooler -8 fittings.

so this weekend consist of putting the clutch in, and bolting it all up to the engine and putting it all back in.
thanks to MIKEZX i landed my self a TT fuel pump which i will bypass the fcpu to run and a remapped ecu thanks to BRYTECH!

will be almost ready to turn the key this weekend

for now, heres a teaser of the new wheels pre adjustments..

heres pics of the escort bar i finally received! he quality is amazing, perfect lines and holes etc. the bar has awesome features like shaved front number plate holder, built in diffuser / wind deflector and lip.

it's an escort which is based on a 2k spec, but fiberglass!

thanks Adam, it wouldn't be hard to modify the bar to have a larger opening but not fussed the FMIC fits perfectly

 

I know its not OEM,
but it looks so much like a 2k which always fit 100%.

So it killed the wow factor a little.

 

haha yeah but the bar has so much more features
plus to get a fiberglass to fit without any mods like this just shows how good the mould / quality is.

2k fit perfect too, but you would expect that from a urethane bar
