well I've yet to see any proof of another zed with this bar in AUS so I'm still set I'm the only one

really considered it Jamie, but eh! it all worked out..

also more updates coming soon, engine + gearbox are back in with clutch etc!
ecu and replugging the loom is all that remains

put the pipe clips in the right spot or you wll be kicking yourself later when you try to pull the coolant pipes in the future.

The tabs HAVE to face upwards on both ends of both pipes

ok so update.
well lots of updates, the driveshaft is bolted up and in, gearbox in and done, loom connected bar a few things.

ECU has now been tuned for 740cc injectors + FMIC.
new bonnet, vented but still being made up.
new wheels - XXR 521's. only for daily driving, will be using the meshies on track days.
18x10 +15 all round.

all i need to do now:
- re-modify my screamer pipes, they foul and blow onto brake lines.
- solder on my AFM
- solder on my injector connectors
- make bracket for my radiator
- paint guards / bonnet / front bar
- bolt up exhaust

oh, and my mate just brought this, a genuine 99 spec zed. 19k landed

Wish more z's were done like this in aus, then maybe we wouldn't have the "ricer/shit car" stigma on our rides. I always got good compliments on my shitter at meets just because it had a bit of jdm to it and the fact that there is never any 300's there.

As for my mate, he is wrapped. Swapped the plates off a 90 model z on and swapped back after pits! Now has a genuine 2k zed in aus looks amazing too.
