just received an answer about window tinting law in SA. (yes, i sent them email ) in SOUTH AUSTRALIA: Window tinting of the drivers and front passenger window must have a luminous transmittance of at least 70%. Windows rear of the driver must have a luminous transmittance of at least 35%. All windows must not have a reflectance value of more than 10% source from: Alan Whitaker Coordinator Vehicle Standards Vehicle Services Department for Transport, Energy and Infrastructure Regency Park
20% TINT FTW just got my car back today LOOKS bloody hot so much nicer looking in the review mirror now and not seeing stupid purple old tint not to mention peeling everywhere. and how nice is the inside, blocks out the sun very very niceee. love ittt :zlove::zlove::zlove: also seems like the inside temp has lowered heaps will post up pics 2night when i get home ohh brings a whole new look to the car how much does tint bloody bring out those stupid scratches in your door windows you couldnt even see them without tint what have people done about this? guy said you can polish it out etc and get alot of it out but some of those scratches are pretty deep
it is hot aye lol... told ya! get a glassy in to buff them out... on my old car it scratched every time it went up and down for 6 months.. hell hard core scratch.. but he buffed it out.. couldn't get to the bottom 1cm since the machine couldn't get to the end... but yeah was like $60...
I just got mine back today aswell 30% on the wind ups, 18% quarters and back and 5% on the targas I love it, looks great. If any of you guys live around the north side of Brisbane and want tint then PM I should be able to get you a good deal at tint mart strathpine, I'm going out with Peter's (the guy who owns it) Daughter.
have done the job on last Saturday. $180 in 2 hours, very happy with both the price and quality. not sure the percentage, i just required legal darkest at the front and rear window, darker at the quarter window have a look before after
that looks nice man well this is how mine turned out. VERY VERY happy with it. this is 20%. so nicee :drool::drool::drool::drool:

ye it was through tint a car in dandenong. 10 years warranty, anything happens to it i can go back. this is mostly what won me over as the other guy was only going to give me 3years warranty. ended up costing me $250. an extra $50 i had to pay for them to remove all the old tint aswell.
tint professor is lifetime warranty ,now we dont want to hear anything more about zeds and legal issues on anything from you chad ,good thing my car is legal in all aspects isnt it looks great by the way kebab bob !
I had Kathys zed done a few weeks ago as you know,40 to strip old tint off and 260 for the tint, I had mine done there by the vic tinter of the year which is also who did hers Lifetime warranty also covers if you scratch it yourself(which is about impossible with the tint they use),they will replace for nothing

tints dont cost more by % :bash:,any % is the same at the tint professor,32,28 and 20 are all the same price :zlove: im not saying,at the moment ,the cops have their eye on you and ill keep it that way thanks
