Yeah, we got totally PO3NED by that truck dude!! Haylz actually made me smoke a ciggarette to mask the smell, and it was on the twisties coming into glouster so we couldn't safely go by him. The shit-truck yes...the road was good (mostly) and the ride was fine, although all we really had to listen to was Dolly Parton as we chewed my ipod batteries on the last night.

Thanks Benny... It was great to meet you and the other queenslanders as well.. Looking forward to the next time..
Good to see fellow Z32ers Good to see fellow Z32ers ... especially old faces like Blipman and Mr Zee. Was good to meet a lot of interstate Z32ers, some new and old faces. First my apologies to those Queenslanders that in a previous post I may have called slackers for the poor number of entries they had into the Nationals... having entered the Nationals, it seems you were the smart ones. I should have just displayed my car as a non entrant as some of you Queenslanders did. From my perspective what a waste of money for Z32 participants... kinda felt like the non-alcoholic vegetarian invited to a party and asked to contribute money to the fund, them on the day finding out they only have beer and meat-lovers pizza. For the number of Z32 present, I felt like we were one of the black-sheep of the family. What was it with the aus300zx forum banner being ordered to be rolled up. For us the trip up to QLD was fine except that the air-conditioning did not work and I only got 14 liters / 100km (which seems normal for a V8), but the VH45 powered zed makes a great GT car for rolling off those long kilometers... just put it in automatic set the cruise control and roll through those kilometers. We spent most of the time in Toowoomba visiting relatives. The trip back was uneventful, though got 13 liters / 100km... wonder if this is because of changing from the fluted nose-panel to a cover-all nose-panel. Good to see you all.

2011 will be at Golbourn and Wakefeild Park. As for any help i am sure it will be most welcomed. The better the event the more fun we all have!
Another great get together Got home 2am this morning following a fantastic weekend at Warwick and afterwards at Robina. It was great to catch up with some old faces eek and meet some new ones. Ate too much, drank too much, laughed too much, slept too little - can't wait to do it all again. I must mention the proprietors of Party Central, Kristy and Craig. Their hospitality and efforts over the weekend were just sensational. They should offer to teach the grumble bum proprietors of the Coachman Inn how to have a good time and enjoy life. Left Burleigh Heads around 10am yesterday and spent the day at Mount Tamborine, then through Beechmont to Natural Bridge and on to Murwillumbah. What a great drive along the top of the mountain between Beechmont and Advancetown! Absolutely spectacular.:thumbup: Got to Murwillumbah around 5pm with the intention of staying there, but decided (as you do) to go for home instead. Zed went brilliantly as it always does, and the 4 HIDs up the front were just superb. Macca's coffee works well too! On Monday I went to Springbrook and Purling Brook Falls, and I must post two photos I took while out there. Who said Queenslanders don't have a sense of humour?
That's pretty good Andy. Although getting stuck behind a "shit truck" may have some effect on your economy. lol. .... sorry, that was a "shit" joke mate, it was "shit"! *goes and watches Beached Whale again*
Hi guys i would also like to thank my pit crew Peter known as hollywood and young James the ladies man who did a great job working on the car over the weekend and in helping us get everyone cars and tyres home in one piece thanks guys James you need share lolol
Looks like everyone had a ball with many a fond memory (or mammory as some put it )... definitely feel left out, wish we could have made it Looking forward to the 2011 Nats, we'll be there for sure In regards to Kr4usy, I think he was staying an extra week in QLD for a little holiday...so everyone will just have to be patient Cheers! Craig
