These new rims look fresh, up to date, AWESOME! The old ones were so dated, dished yes, but very stuck in the 90's too.

Great new look Ben (yes I'm only just catching up to 5 months ago). If I could get a 275/20/19 I would go wider (and a 245/20/19 for the front) but I haven't seen that offered yet, ony in 20" tyres.

Regarding your tyres, The Kumho Ecsta KU31 275/30/ZR19 that i'm running have a pretty close outside rolling diameter to the speedo actually. If my ecu speedo says exactly 100kph, i'm only actually doing 103kph according to 2 different GPS's that i've tested it with. So i'm not sure it would be necessary to go down to a 20 profile, and even if they were available, i'd say the cost would be massive too.

lol, mate i've got more than enough clearance issues atm with it being 70mm under the guts, but it would be nice to drop it right down just for a photo shoot though

I'd believe 2x GPS actual road testing (using a tom tom & navman), over an internet tyre calculator any day. But thanks for checking it out for me.

In saying that, it's still close enough to accurate for me. if i decide to get pedantic one day, i might pull the dash hood off an put a potentiometer in there and dial in my speedo to the GPS so it's perfect accuracy too. But, that can wait till in need to pull the dash hood for another reason first.

 

Absolutely love the new wheels!!!! Massively better than the old ones IMO. I would buy the new ones in a heart beat if they were available here (oh yeh and I still had a Z to put them on).
