I am of the opinion that James has done a pretty frickin good job. Heaps of stuff has gone wrong and he has managed to pretty much resolve all of it with minimal cost to us. Instead of costing us extra money all it has done is cost us a little time.

I for one am happy to be getting a cheap cooler!
