Has anyone

has anyone put done the cutting of the reo bar and puting it back on? Or everyone just getting rid of it? If you did keep it, just how much cutting and pissing around was involved?

yeh mines been installed since sat, finished re trimming the the bar again

today, now it sits all flush, just gotta make brakets for my number plate and fog lights then it'll be complete..
im now officially an expert in taking the bar off and fitting it.. done it a total of 6 times now including babbs zed

I am yet to fit my cooler i might have to do it as my car is just sitting here was installing new vac lines etc.

Was going to ask the smaller pipes go from the top mounts correct while the bigger ones go from the bottom?

James do you have the new install pictures of the new piping kit at all?

I am guessing when i install it i will have to get a pipe made up for my uni filter as there is no way in hell it will sit behind the cooler.

i had the problem with the pod filter

i dropped down to autobarn and bought a k&n pod filter, the one that goes narrow towards the end, it fits beaaaautiuflly.
i'll take pics tomorow and show you..
regarding piping heres how it goes

look at the car front on..
drivers side: short pipe to top, long pipe to bottom
passenger side: short pipe to bottom, long pipe to top
hope that helps, give it a shot its easy as piss.
although the 2 bolts in the top of the bar above the indicators are annoying to get to.

Yeha i will give it a shot once i put everything back together that i am doing right now then give it a shot.

Yeah that did help out alot thanks for that just confusing really damm front mounts so use to single turbo setup and easy piping lol

nice, cant wait 2 get cooler on the zed, can any1 give us the dimensions of the brace needed 4 fitting, im gonna go grab one in the next few days and want 2 get something pretty heavy duty.. any pics of the brace mounting would be good
