Here's one I threw together once

Not 100% complete but might help

?Mass Air Flow (look for Idle volts between 0.8<>1.5V, sharp response when RPM changes)

?O2 Sensors (0.8-1.2V = rich mixture, 0.0-0.1 = lean mixture. If only fluctuates between 0.3-0.6V it should be replaced once boost leaks have been eliminated

    ?Battery Voltage (look for 13-15V @ 2000RPM)

    ?Throttle Position Sensor (Throttle closed @ ~ 0.45V, Throttle Fully Open @ ~ 4.00V)

?Injector Pulse (look for immediate response to various loads/RPM. 1.8-2.5 msec @ Idle, 1.8-2.2 msec @ 2000RPM. Should increase with RPM)

?CAS Ignition Timing (Not valid via Datascan)
(look for smooth increase/decrease with RPM changes-Should correspond accordingly with TPS/MAS/Inj Pulse. 15 BTDC @ idle, >25 BTDC @ 2000RPM)

?IACV-AAC Valve (look for 15-40% @ idle & 75-85% while cruising. Check base idle & TPS if not correct)

?Air Fuel Base (rich condition=low%, lean =high%, Normal range 95-105%)

?Neutral Switch (0V when in Neutral, 4-5V when in gear. Can affect idle, VCT, ECU Safety Map, Timing, Detonation).

?Thermo Fan (95-100degrees= low speed, 100+degrees= high speed)

?VCT (Look for smooth on/off signals with RPM changes)

?Waste Gate Solenoid Signal (Off @ Idle, On otherwise after 65degrees)

?EGR Solenoid (Look for signal change with RPM change. Signal ?off?= EGR operating, ?on?= not operating- except for low or very high temps, idling)

    ?Coilpacks
Manual resistance measure: Between middle & left pin (looking from side of engine = ~0.7Ohm

    ?Injectors (12)
Check for tick with screwdriver on housing or manual resistance measure: = ~10-14Ohm

    ?Coolant temp sensor
    Resistance values:
    o2.1-2.9 kOhm at 20C (68F)
    o0.68-1.0 kOhm at 50C (122F)
    o0.30-0.33 kOhm at 80C (176F)
    oIf NG- replace

?Throttle positioning sensor & idle switch
Manual voltage measure: Middle pin @ ground

To Test: Disconnect harness and check resistance between middle and lower pins on TPS side of harness

    §Throttle released = ~1 Ohm
    §Partially Released = 1-9 Ohm
    §Completely depressed = ~9 Ohm

    ?Idle Air Control (IACU)
    oFICD => ~22 Ohm & 12V to check operation
    oAAC => ~10 Ohm & 12V to check operation
    oAir Regulator~70-80 Ohm (if not=replace)

    ?Fuel Temp Sensor
    o-Temp 20 (68) 2.1 - 2.9 Resistance
    o-Temp 50 (122) 0.68 -1.00
    o-Temp 80 (176) 0.30 -0.33

    ?Turbo wastegate solenoids

?Mass Airflow Sensor Manual volt test= ~0.8V with ignition on (some people get 0.08V on theTechtom) and ~1.5V at idle
