VIC zed mountain run

Currently in Europe, but I should be back in time for this. If I've got no plans, and I can remember which side of the road to drive on I'm in.

the only thing about this mountain run, is the length of time i will have to wait at the top of the black spur for you guys. just dont keep me waiting people. maybe alex and simon can go first. oops not a good idea we dont need any road blocks up there.cheers bigmax lol:biggrin:

but i suggest this run is done at the limit. speed limit that is

see the thing is...
when i was in the subaru club, they a way to outsmart the coppers.
they used to do dummy runs with 2 guys on r1 road bikes up the road, sweeping for cops then radio back to the lead car and thus is how club runs were done, allowing members to excessively speed form time to time. however as me and my dad found, the runs became more and more dangerous. on the very run we are soon to enbark on, up the black spur, speeds over 200kmph were reached numerous times, but the scary part is where there is a hair pin where you are recommeded to do at 25kmph which every rex took at over 100. on the corner there was so many near misses with the tyre squeal and pretty much every rex winding up sliding onto the wrong side of the road and very dangerously close to the edge.
with one guy in a forrester, losing control and spinning 180 and millimeters from coming offf the side of the road. not only is it a thought that remained in my mind seeing the guy sitting there white as a ghost and hands pumping on the wheel, his life was put in grave danger.. by nothing more than stupidity..

however this conveys how mature this association of car owners really is, as the last run i attended nobody sped and was a safe day all round.

lets jsut hope you guys respect other road users and the laws put in place as much as im sure u all do already and unlike other clubs.

alex i see you have put you and kirby first on the list. is this considered the grid position on the mountain run, thats good for us.
