Fuel/ spark is not common relationship so I see why youve said crank angle sensor. Is fuel pump recieving (can you feel pressure on hose by squeezing - its a bit harder when not running). But I'll assume you checked here first. Start with the connectors as they are a source link for both - as there is not much else that relates to both, did you pull any connectors apart recently under the bonnet, also partcularly around the relay section at the front (fuses/relays etc) is a source point for problems, otherwise start testing forward from the ECU and then on from the fuel pump first - looking for the fuel problem first will be the easiest and fastest way forward I reckon -its a simpler path - just start testing components from there with manual specs.Crank angle and ECU do have a reletionship do the diagnostics

Problem with your question leads to more questions than it asks.
How did determine no fuel and up to where?
I gottas ask though to be sure - its not flooded is it?
Its not much help for a no information question, but its better than no response by anyone on a general statement such as my car dont work.

Post back if you have problems with the tests or need a list. I assume you have the manual

yeah theres no pressure in fuel lines i have started testing things according to manual so far no luck recently done a timing belt replacement so things were pulled apart checked all connections tho and there all good so hopefully ill find something i was thinking possibly immobilizer but that wouldnt crank then would it?

^^^^^ Do this first before you do anything else. there is an article in the tech section that shows how to do it.

My money is on code 21, primary ignition circuit, either bad PTU or CAS connections.

Have a look at the tech section under ecu.

ok so the code i got was 13 which is coolant temp sensor checked the wiring its all good cleaned connectors but still no start would this really cause no starting???

Yes a CTS fault can cause the car not to start

oh really so should i try a new sensor???

    check the plug first.

yeah im getting 5 volts from the wiring

Well you needed to remove and refit the CAS to do the timing belt, so I'd definitely look into it.

Can they be installed the wrong way? Because when they lose connection to the ECU (dodgy plugs etc) that can definitely cause the car not to start.

But if you don't have fuel pressure in the first place then it's not priming when you turn the ignition to ON?

make sure the terminal is making good contact and no corrosion.

yeah fuel pumps not priming wen ignition is on but wen u connect direct battery power to it it runs ive tred the cts plug both ways still same wouldnt think this would be the problem if the sensor reads different does it cause the rest to shut down?

Try the fuel pump control unit bypass

Check tech section. That should sort the fuel issue. Then clean and retention the female terminals on the CTS plug. Then try starting it again

that was a good idea fuel pump now primes wen ignition turned on but still no spark but im thinking the immobilizer is faulty because wen fuel pump primes hazards flash like immobilizer kicking in

If it's the immobilizer, take it to a sparky. Sorry. Just do everything else first though.

yeh - immobilisers can allow it crank the engine but not fire the ignition - sounds like your immobilser is your lsat problem now you got fuel.
check immobilsor make model etc and test as far as u can
