It's not like the Zees exhaust sounds like anything special, without upswept quad tips it's just another pair of cannons.

 

agree.... but I have a '95TT without a zorst and just happened to have a zees catback sitting there. It's only slightly louder than OEM, but at least now car has split dumps, SS test pipes, hi flow cats and then a zees catback I doubt I'd be able to sell.

... and its a hell of a lot easier to move a car around that doesnt alert the entire street every time you start it

 

i reversed my zed into the garage, its normally parked forward into the garage. Im going for the mean look when ever i open the garage door up when i have visitors hahahaha

 

Deleted the AIV system, in preparation for yet another exhaust on Thursday. Still have one air resovior? to come out.
Also i painted the rotors silver as they were rust as, still have passenger side to do, Photos tomorrow

 

cheated, as was over 2 days, but.....
Pulled the modified harness and apexi power fc setup out of the '95TT.
Repaired replacement harness and fitted.
Refitted interior AC and fan assembly

Drove down to Kyogle to the man with 1 million spares with ma shopping list today.

Started the re-assembly....... SHOULD be a goes again tomorrow :br:

 

I lifted the cover, opened the door and got my hat off the passenger seat. Put the cover back on.

What did i do too my Zed today,,,, went downstairs opened the garage looked at the car, and it gave me a dirty filthy look and snarled so i backed up real slowly and let it go back too sleep. :rofl:

 

Back up and running again

changed it all back to OEM.... right down to recirc valves.
Fired up and idled fine. TPS needed adjusting, DET sensor fault and has vacuum leaks at balance pipe o-rings.

Fitted missing bits... hatch carpet, tool set and foam inserts, targa straps, targa bags, 10-stacker, drivers a-pillar trim, console carpet insert, changed stereo surround. Just have to fit a blue faced clock to the stereo surround, finish putting the interior back in and find where the front bar ended up and its gone as far as I'm prepared to take it.

sick of fighting with broken dash,brackets and clips, hopefully this sorts it!

 

haha nah not really, just a bit of time hey, i pulled the dash to tidy wiring and sort the climate control out and mine was cracked everywhere from previous owners overtightening everything! got another dash which didn't turn out to be much better. had glass and resin in the shed so why not, i'm not planning on digging back into the dash/climate control crap again i think i'd sell it if i had to.......

 

i took her too Mandurah for a run to have lunch with mum and dad, before i head off to Bali for 10 days......I'm so gonna miss her.....

 

Last day on the street today for what's probably going to be a long, long time. Engine is already out, tomorrow it goes down the driveway of death for a whole lot of bay work. Raised the coilovers up today in preparation, it was a sorry sight

Put the PTU in its new home by the ECU. Rewiring going well.
