Series 2 PTU Wiring

Ok people, I unwrapped my wiring harnes that I spliced into the series 2 ptu plugs. Looking at the top of the plug so you can see release button, goes left to right, pin #1 as shown in pic.



Large Plug.
Pin 1. Blue
Pin 2. Blue/Brown Stripe
Pin 3. Blue/Red Stripe
Pin 4. Black from small plug harness (has no silver dots)
Pin 5. Blue/White Stripe
Pin 6. Blue/Black Stripe
Pin 7. Blue/Tan Stripe

Small Plug.
Pin 1. Red/Blue Stripe
Pin 2. Red/Tan Stripe
Pin 3. Red/Green Stripe
Pin 4. Red with Silver Dots
Pin 5. Red/White Stripe
Pin 6. Black with silver Dots

So this is the CORRECT way of connecting the plus is your car running ok

 

Sorry of I seem to have been absent guys. I found myself in the hospial Wednesday night. I only got out today.

Plus I am not allowed to drive till Friday according to the doctor. So I will let this run for another week till this coming Friday.
