Not long home after a very nice day out with some regular and new faces I didn't actually count, but I'd guess about 20 zeds, a skyline and a jag Few incidents, heater hose leak and an oil pressure issue was about it. Oh and Al having to return to the GC to get Mia's lude after being done for a non plated seat:bash: Good roads, shame about the sunday drivers tho :bash:[TIS] Thanks to everyone who showed up, particularly Benny and Vic, and everyone else who had a decent drive just to get to the first meet point :zlove: I saw a few cameras out, I'm sure pics will be up soon enuf :zlove: Thanks guys :zlove:
A great outing in perfect weather with a fine bunch of people :zlove: The roads up that way are awesome and it's so green and lush ... beaut scenery, but oh so slow with some idiot Sunday drivers hogging the road at ridiculously slow speeds. Did anyone note the URL for that cameraman on the corner after Jolly's lookout? Ash, you're a hard to keep up with
another amazing drive, lunch and company...... thanks to everyone who organised this run (Chrispy and Mike) and those who turned up to make it a great day
Im going to try and make a video for us, so give me some time. That was an awsome day, need to do that again!
Was a good day Bit hot, but that was to be expected. Good to catch up with everyone and check out some new Zeds
:0 awesome day plus awesome drive my first one but had heaps of fun just seeing so many good looking zeds in one place is good enough. . . getting to drive in convoy with them all was mad
Apart from been pulled over by a police bike on the way up and having to drive 40 mins back down the coast to get Mias car, It was a great day. While I wish I had my zed today I enjoyed pushing the prelude through the hills. I had forgotten how good that car is when it's pushed properely. VTEC Yo! Been pulled over sucked but I'm gratefull that the officer was lenient. He pulled me over for tailgating ( 4wd was doing 95 in the T2 lane) and then he noticed my bucket seat that I didn't have a compliance plate for. He could have done me for $280 and have to get my car towed home but because I was honest with him he stronlgy told me to turn around and take my car home. He must have gotten some valentines day nookie that morning
We missed the cruise due to me not wanting to get out of bed, but was good to catch up at Fernvale. Looked like a good turn out aswell.
kudos to Mike and Chris for organising the route. Good to catch up and see you all at the tech day next month (And Eric tomoz )
Thanks for an awesome cruise everyone! Great to meet new zeders and always good to see the usual faces! i had fun being at the front on the way up the mountain until someone told me i was losing coolant up at the lookout. Damn heater hose! Thanks everyone for helping with the coolant problem. Got home without overheating! there was a small split next to the clamp which was a easy fix. No leaks now!! woohoo Thanks guys
Thanks for an awesome day on my 2 favourite mountains! Great to see the regulars and some new faces. PICS!
