My 300zx STOLEN, STRIPPED AND TRASHED

OMG.. that is a disgrace.. and the worse thnig is... it was most likely a z owner! its good to see the z community helping out.. sorry i cant help out with much.. only have an NA radiator, engine, andd thats about it (if they did fuck your engine i will give you mine free of charge.. you pay the postage) its jsut sitting in my garage and nobody is buying it so you can have it if they fucked it

 

yeah just date it ages ago and send it in, then make a claim

I dunno how it is with your insurance company, but with mine, after I didn't pay, they sent me a letter telling me which date the insurance would actually lapse unless I paid. They gave me a month after original lapse of insurance, so if yours is similar you should be ok.

if that was my Z i'd be tracking them down and would'nt stop till i found them one by one.I have stock rotters,stock rear spoiler if you want them, free just pay postage

 

How long you reckon to rebuild? Lets do a interstate cruise and see if we can do a full rebuild in under 2 days :zlove:

 

Yep Im always coming on here trolling and causing trouble, so I obviously deserve the blame....

 

To the 300zx community i would like to show you my gratitude and thanks for your concern, your offers of support, donations of parts and labour. I can tell you i am very moved by all this and its makes me feel proud to be a member of this club. you are all a great bunch of people. When i arrive back in qld on the weekend i will be able to really asses the actual damage on the car.

On Sat i will require the assistance of getting the car back to brisbane from the gold coast but i am unaware of if it is able to even be a rolling shell right now due to the damage created on the front and rear hubs. I have a set of stockies but no wheel nuts and such.

i will keep you guys and gals updated over the next couple of days what my movements are and we can go from there. for the generous people who have offered donations, can you please PM me of what you would like to donate so i can make a list.

hmm, so do we just need 4 rims

or do the rotors have to be on their too just to pull up onto a truck or trailer for Saturday? Maybe FATE can help, his wheels fall off on a regular basis
Can someone in QLD who has a set of rims with rubber contact Jeremy, so we can jack the car up and put the wheels back on!!
I have an electric brake controller on my other car for towing the caravan, so If you need the car towed and want to hire a trailer, let me know.
I'm guessing trailer hire would be cheaper than a tow.

Jeremy, PM me if you want to do the trailer hire thing, we can work something out I am sure.

 

I have a set of standard rims with good rubber you can use. And im in southport if it helps.

I've got one you can borrow Jeremy, I'm in Southport.

 

Maybe all the Z members in your local area..

Can keep a look out for any other ZEDS with sus looking drivers or drivers who look like they dont respect the Z??? Cus one dude in Hobart had a zed and he was a dodgy bloke thrashing the guts out of it everywhere you see him and week later he stacked his Z on a highway being stupid.....2 months later this dude was ripping off other Zeds parts to repair his own like headlights front guards etc...I got interviewed by the cops about it (at the time i had a smashed front bar so that didnt look good at all lol) and I didnt drive it to work for a while. Just letting people know to think outside the square It MAYBE another z owner.

 

this reminds me of a story me old man told me a while ago about when he was in his early 20's.

Some guy stole his car and nicked some parts off it, one of the parts (blinds for the rear windows) dad had customized a bit to fit his car. 2 weeks later dad spotted the blinds on a car at the local shopping center. Instead of just taking it back, he waited around until the owner came back, smashed him up pretty bad, then took back the parts, causing a bit of damage to the thiefs car in the process.

He never saw that guy again.
