I get the sample one tomorrow and go to the fabrication shop in the afternoon and start bending some plate alloy. The peices will be polished up to mimick the finish on the radiators and will cover the whole top section of the radiator at full width so will add some bling too. Yep pretty much JT has this one and I get it in my hot little hands in the morning so we can design and construct one based very loosely on the design of the COZ one (cannot directly copy). I think the solid one is the go the one with holes looks a bit shite I think. J
Basically will get something made that will look the part and be cost effective. Members can take the design and alter it further as much as there imagination will take them (mike456) but will try to kee pthese things simple but stylish wit ha bit of bling and also a cheap as possible. I am looking at taking the sample to a company near campbelltown who we use as they have a flo jet machine and can cut out anything. Will see what they say tomorrow byt worst case I can get them made out of alloy folded up then I will have to cut out the front section where it touches the radiator support panel then smooth it all out and get them polished. It will come in slightly higher though than first thought going this way and will most likely be around $120 each have to speak to the polishers yet. But will see how I go tomorrow with Flotech and let you all know the outcome
Payment made I'm hoping that by the time the radiator arrives, I will have new radiator pipes and a new bracket.. :zlove:
