But it IS essentially the same brand?!? Sorry, just trying to get my facts correct. Are these are actually Japanese Koyo radiators, made in Japan and being imported into the US in bulk? Or is it another company in the US calling themselves Koyo as well?
Mate the part number is TBOR1349 which is the same as on the jap koyo website so I would say they are the jap brand koyo radiators but distributed and sold form the USA.

quick question how much mucking around and modding is required to make these fit? i take it the stock hoses need relocating? can ui see some pics of how it is installed? ryan
None what so ever these are direct fit OEM replacement radiators in 53mm core rather than 25mm. All pipes etc match up perfectly. You will have to cut back about 1 inch from the top radiator hose due to extra thickness of the core and either modify your exisitng top brackets or buy the custom one I am getting made (still working on it all) You even use the factory clutch fan and shroud its a tight fit but fits none the less and works very well. I dont really have any good pics of it fitted and my car is modified anyway so wouldnt look the same as I have nos soleniods and thermo fan attached to it but will see what I can do tommorow as the car is at the garage.
Okay all its a definate go. The Koyo sale is over however can still get a good price for 10 units. I recieved pricing and delivery confirmation today and is as follows. Price based on 10 units $375 per unit AUD Price for less than 10 units $390 per unit AUD These retail for over 450 USD so still a great deal Freight costs will be $140 AUD direct ship or can ship in pairs to same address for $120 each unit. The delivery schedule for this lot will start on the 26th November 2006 with the first shipments being sent from this date. Full payment will need to be recieved no later than 22nd November. All shipments will be sent based on a first in first served type basis. I am taking a deposit of $150 per unit to secure the items. I have paid the holding deposits on 10 units to make sure we can get them it is possible to get more but has been based on 10 as its a reasonable number given the amount of interest. Anything over 10 units is a confirmation email away. The first round sold 6 and have since sold another 2 which were still available but for the benefit of peoples budgets etc I have set up this GB so people have time to save some cash etc for it as the last one was a bit of a whirlwind. I have personally paid over $1500 to get these things for you ($150 deposit x 10 units) as everyone was so keen for one. Now we are a week in and only recieved 4 confirmed orders where deposits have been paid. So come on all lets get this going only asking for $150 to secure your order which reimbursers me for the outlay and shipment weill commence late november which gives people about a month to save up some cash. If deposits are not recieved in the next week I will use the deposit monies already paid as payment for the few that have paid and cancel the group buy. I dont mind forking out if people are committed to the cause but sofar this has been lacking so might turn it back into a 5 unit GB and run the next one maybe next year. Sorry all to be blunt but thats the way it is and has to be.
