    ok....

    few more questions

    1) if you are selling these kits will you have a mould? will they all be made from paper mach?
    2) this 'kit' correct me wrong but its only the front yes? you keep showing pics of side on and rear shots but you havent done anything past the a piller correct?
    3) if this kit is to stay paper.... how will it be smoothed off and cleaned up for painting? ie wet rub on paper?

The car you see is the master mould and I will be making fiberglass clones off it.
right, after I make the front end kit only I will start my replica project... after completing that Ill make a widebody add-on for this first kit, but only for 2+2 cars since they are longer and better looking in my opinion.

It could be made to fit stock Zeds too.

This was photoshop-ed on a 2+0 body, I just posted it to show the rear end assembly with the wide-body.

The hatch would be hacked, glass removed, fiberglass attached and a lighter plastic rear windshield will be added, like Ferrari's.

It will be made of fiberglass and I would only recommend vinyl wrap for a paint finish.
If I make a handful of sales, I will be making the future parts out of plastic by a method called plastic vacuum molding. If I cant make the plastic thick enough I may embed the pieces in-between fiberglass. This should make the kit be resilient to low impacts and also cause less wrapping and cracks if one was to be paint it.
My replica will definitely use plastic for pieces.

Oh and I will be also looking to do an interior add-on, its door panels sections will be highly recommended for the widebody application since the side glass will be overlapped from the outside... the interior panels would match up and make a fit finished kit.
Other sections of the interior will mount over the dash and counsel, I still have to make sure that I dont have any problems with newer Zeds and their air bags, but making it look like the Aston interior will be a piece of cake but time consuming.

The wide-body and interior should be completed in one years time.

    you have high hopes

you know you'll never make it, its taken you 8-10 months to make a half ass'd paper mach mould thats still not finished, yet you think within 13 months you'll have made a wide body/interior/replica?

get real, if you spent as much time working on the kit as you do photoshopping bullshit you'd be finished by now

Once I have money, the jobs will be easier and faster. Lets not forget that Ive been pretty much tweaking the design the whole time, a copied design is easy.

    +1

but for that to work out u need someone that knows what they doing. not sold on bottom half of the rear bar. its trying to hard with the diffuser.

also i think the rear of of the roof is too wide and too short on the ZX too pull off that rear hatch design. i mean anything can be done if u throw enough money at it.

maybe the rear looks reasonable to hack up a shitter z32 for laughs if u got the dosh.

yeah but chances of being able to pull it off are slim to none....

remember with no job, on the cheap, enough fiberglass to cover the car will mean he cant eat for a month..

hmm maybe thats a good idea

He probably means frivolous women... and thanks for the support :)

The Aston One-77 has really exaggerated rear quarter panels, the whole car is extreme but I also think its elegant. I think having a wide rear wheel setup will be the most expensive part of the process.
    Here is a rough photoshop
