You may be able to get most of that certified by a proper engineer and then it will be legal. That will work for the wheels, and possibly the bonnet. Not a mod plate place, but a proper automotive engineer. If you find one let me know, I will need to have a chat...
Getting rid of the spacers is a good thing. My rims are screwed now because they don't center properly when the mechanics/previous owners do them up. Thats a strange law for the exhaust, again its just letting cops do as they please so they can screw us over. X_X

im not sure if its the same for you guys over east but in wa every car that goes over the speed limit by 10kph is instantly branded a hoon and the public want them hung drawn and quartered, even tho they themselves probably speed from time to time. every time there is a car crash involving a sports car, even a commondore, instantly branded as hoons. anyone driving a sports car, you must be a HOON it is crap and the cops jst harass people over nothing. now with one of the worst road tolls and highest fines based revenue there putting more cameras in to 'stop' people speeding. what utter crap just raising money in your case mate its pretty stupid, the cops have not so good emergency call out times (eg in excess of 10 mins, WA is 12min avg) yet they are able to have 2 cars and 4 cops to make sure they give u a right and proper defect for mods that clearly do not effect the cars performance or handling in any way... only one man can save us, no its not Krudd using zductiv's vote rigging methods, its ETAF
