After looking at this post about 20 times I finally figured out what you meant.

It was a question asking what does that mean?

It means that if you go 1mm oversize on aftermarket valves. The edges of the valves almost touch each other when then are sitting closed in the head.

That pic of your heads shows the clearance is same as stock. In fact they look like stock valves, in stock heads.

 

if anyone wants some serious race heads with real NISMO cams and NO rust whatsoever, go check my 'ladies and gentelmen' thread and give me a ute load of cash.

never buy off a mate. especially cars or car bits. Skidmarks redeem yourself by posting pics of your mate getting dragged behind your 120y ....I mean z.. then take him on a one way fishing trip and tie the heads to his feet..

Poor guy

We should give him the benefit of the doubt. He must have truly believed that they were prepped heads. As no one would have bought them without seeing pics, so he knew they would be seen by everyone. Surely you wouldn't try and sell something like that when there are people on this forum who can pick a Z32 air flow meter from a bit of poly pipe at 1000yards

So he may have just been totally ripped. If he learns from this mistake good on him. But I aint gonna burn him for it. Yes I admit to having a little smile on my face while going through the thread. But hey...I'm only human.
