How would it rust if you got galv or even stainless screws and used that with some urathane glue/sealer ?
i think its just the crap material used on the stock bar , and its not sealed very well, as the sticky tape shit that holds it on will let water in , ive just finished installing my new stuff and there is no way water will get around all that sikaflex , i only hope no one will ever want to pull that sucker off cause its on there good and proper now , .
yeah i could tell that if my stock wing had been on there much longer it would of started to rust the hatch , i got to it just in the nick of time me thinks. .
