Yes, can we please have all the details on how to install these.
I am not going to buy one until I am reasonably sure it is not going to fall off.

So many have promised they are going to post pictures and details once installed, and so far only one has put up some pictures.

Yeah, I know, sorry. I will get around to it some time when I have my Zed and a camera at the same time...

To be honest you wont see much, it looks just like a stock spoiler from every angle. Not sure about how it is fitted as I got mine done as part of a hail damage repair but I'm pretty sure my repairer would have let me know if he had worries with it and it's shown no signs of falling off yet.

    Anti 14.7 x 14.7 = 44.1

It'd be mad to have one of these bolt on...

I did post up pics of mine installed, when i saw it getting installed the guy just used this really strong glue, no signs of it coming off at all, and it fits perfectly, just looks like a brand new stock spoiler..... he just had to drill holes for the break light cords and i think he tickened the part behind the break light so he could mount it easier.

And for Stef Here is a quick run down of how it was installed.

Once the original spoiler was removed, the surface was cleaned up.

I applied some sikaflex to fill the holes and for adhesion

    And some more sikaflex

And then yet some more sikaflex

    And MORE

Taped and clamped then left over night.

The only step that isnt seen here is that after It had dried I ran a small bead of sika on the gap of the leading edge and smoothed it off with a turps soaked rag. The trailing edge (above tail lights) is left open just in case any water does get inside, it can drain out.

I used 2 tubes of 227 sikaflex which was purchased from Bunnings.

Hi guys Big Al as he will be known as from now on did a sensational job for me great product and customer service
the hardest part of the job was getting the old wing off proof that sika sticks! hatch now goes up easily due to getting rid of excess 7 kilo or so and the metal inside the old wing had started to rust. Final job is to get to a signwriters to replace black stripe on wing just above tail lights
thanks again to Al for a great job

    I'm interested
What would be the cost to send to ligntning ridge nsw 2834

Dont want to cut up my good ones - keeping them - they sealed good so good cond
I have to fit my F40 Rear so I wanna get one and cut it and repair for mould fitting so they blend in as one. (I have to add brake bar light to f40 first)

You reckon this glue can hold down the F40 Rear?
(Its a lot of force at high speed)
Last person held the f40 down with C clips from bodyshop
Anyone know what these look like and how/where they attach?

    idea

yeh - im surprised he doesnt tab it out to the original holes for the bolt on
extra $50 would do it and people would pay for piece of mind knowing a bolt is keeping it on:rofl:
