VIC [EOI] Tech Day

Was justing wondering if anyone would be interested in a big Tech Day for a change. It seems all the vic memebers are doing atm are track days or dyno days. Tech days are great ways to meet members and i differently want to help fellow members fix their cars with what ive learned over the 2 years ive own mine. Last big one i went to was feb 07 and it was massive had about 20 zeds at Wykzeds house and spent all day and had a blast meeting everyone.

Id be happy to do AIV removals if anyone wants that done.

I cant host one though. But im up for a tech day. Would like to have a conzult done on mine if some1 would be kind enough to offer a check for me

ide be up for for this, i think ile get u to remove my AIV's soon adam, they are starting to make them funny noises. lol

 

no problems mate, will do. Its strange no1 has posted any big tech day events this year. like everyone is hibinating or something.

If you like, we can use the car park at my resteraunt in Eltham. Private carpark, gated if needed, autobarn close by just in case too. After were done we could all go on a King Lake Twisty cruise too!!

 

is your carpark flat ground and do you mind if the ground gets oily/dirty as long as it's not like ryan's place it'll be good, we need shade/trees to stand under.
i will be in depending on date, as long as i don't have exams on. would prefer a sunday.

yeah its pretty much flat. About the oil n stuff.... i dunno.... we'd just be a bit extra carefull.... maybe use one spot and lay down some cardboard.... i dont know, never been to a tech day...

 

Im in depending on whatever date is set. I guess we can leave this EOI up for a while and see what kind of interests we get. I was expect nothing to come up till maybe late october or sometime in novemeber as the whether will be alot warmer.

Just tell me where and when. Probably won't be able to allocate the whole day, but certainly happy to help anyone with some issues.
As for location. My place is not the best, sorry, but will bring so diagnostic tools, and my great big brain......

I'm down for a tech day. Especially if its at Chads coz its nice and close to home.

Icer, I've fitted my wings west bottom bar on my first zed and it was easy. Have a go at it and you should be ok. As long as you take your time and pre-fit everything, it will fit.

hopefully the full kit is finished come friday. Sprayed and all!

 

So we have some interests which is great. Just gotta find a time and place now. Im not fussed on location and the date isnt a problem for me as ill take the day off work no problems.

 

we could prob do it around my place.. but then we would be working on top of grass...
