Ecu Interface cables, dedicated USB with drivers $125.00ea

This cable connects your laptop to your Zeds diagnostic/Consult port and with supportive software enables you to monitor your cars sensors, scan for fault codes and clear them, perform active tests like cylinder drop/power balance, fuel pump cut, temporary injector and ignition timing changes and various other diagnostic procedures.
There is a variety of free softwares available for download on the net.

I send a Zed CD with the cable that includes the 300ZX workshop manual, Nissan parts list fiche, USB drivers with Install Instructions, Free version Conzult, Zed Talk and a few others.

You need to have a Nissan ECU for this to work, chipped is fine as are piggybacks. You need to have an operative diagnostic port like pictured below >

got mine today, bit of mucking around getting the software loaded on win2000 but once it was on hooked it up to the car and awsome, even tried the Conzult interface just bare bones but what is on there works fine, and i got a code55 from both interfaces, cool

Nissan DataScan only needs Windows98. Some have had it running with Win95. WIN2000 is renowned for being problematic.

I think blackheartedprofit was referring to loading the usb drivers, loading software cant be difficult...it does itself!

I printed out a copy of the 'USB driver install' and sent one with every cable because its important to follow the procedure exactly.

BUT...its a male characteristic to never read instructions for anything.. right boys???

And the FREE Conzult software is 'bare bones', its a sample type thing they put out there to encourage you to buy the big dollar version. I just put it on there as some like to see it. Its not the most useful software on the CD.
