Heaps of variables here. I think you defiantly need 1000-1200 to have head room but your 740 and 800 will be ok on stock turbos. I can't flow enough air to max out my injectors. I like skim on 90 but that's it. I'm running it richer aswell. This is a figure out of my ass but I would say around 370rwkw max with no headroom Have read of a soarer doing 400 but that seems a bit bullshit to me
ahh fair enuff id love to see what numbers its running and how your graph looks where most power is delivered im running t28 ball bearing turbos from jdm s15
There's a skyline on SAU(Hypergear test rig) that ran over 400rwkw numerous times on 800cc injectors. As a safe limit though i wouldn't push them over 350rwkw-ish to be honest. Hey Z32TT, you mention in your other thread that on your non nitrous run you blew off a boost hose and dropped a coilpack? How far down the track do you think that was? that could have probably been a 120-121mph run potentially.
Went awesome. Changing my whole setup for More power but I got a 11.2 out of stock turbos with a 75 shot. 125mph trap says it was making power. Do it you won't regret it. Can you tune yourself?
Yeah, still debating whether to get nistune or keep flashing chips. I've been tuning my own cars for the past decade without any failures Currently using AEM wideband to monitor A/F. Applogies if the following has been answered: - Are you running stock cams? - Have turbos been highflowed? - Are you running nistune? if not then what's your setup? - Have you had it dyno'd? - What size exhaust? - What size intakes, etc?
ok so my new setup is completely different. old setup was - Are you running stock cams? yes manual (will continue to use these to hopefully run 9's) - Have turbos been highflowed? no they were bog standard manual turbos - Are you running nistune? if not then what's your setup? yes nistune. welllllllllll worth the money especially with e85 (more tuning) - Have you had it dyno'd? black top dyno yes. - What size exhaust? standard dumps, standard front pipes. single kakimoto catback (4" and sounds MAD like a rb) - What size intakes, etc? stock intake t piece, stock intercooler piping, z1 smic intercoolers (get the biggest quality intercoolers you can afford mine got HOT) throw in a walbro 485 for $150 bucks and be safe as houses fuel wise.

That is seriously mad :br: Question, what time do you think it would do without the NOS shot?
That is seriously mad :br: Question, what time do you think it would do without the NOS shot?
did 11.6 at 112 mph (that is SLOWWWWW) without the nos. never got a clean run on all passes. I kinda threw it together and chris (ezzupturbo) and lyrsergic kept it going on the day. boost leaks and electronic connectors failed me..... I just kept my foot in it hahaha. in the end it was the small cheap things that failed me and that was simply cause I was lazy and eager to get out there. I wont make the same mistake next time. new setup is a heap of work.

Thanks for the info mate. I've got a new 485 pump sitting on the shelf ready to go in. Still having a hard time deciding whether to go 2.5" piping or stick with stock as I'm running highflow turbos. I'll be running manual cams to. If you don't mind me asking, how much did the injectors set you back? Can you run a couple of tunes with the nistune or is it only 1? I'd like to have ability to switch between normal fuel and e85 for times I venture out on longer trips. What numbers did you make with the old setup?
A recent nistune update includes flex fuel so if you get a flex sensor you can swap from 98 to e85 seamlessly. Intake mods definitely help but I haven't seen any good cost/benefit comparisons to just running more boost, if you want to max your high-flows out at least fixing the turbo inlet pipes and the dump pipes should be worthwhile.
I wouldn't bother with the intercooler piping. Get a 50 E85 wet shot and you are far better off. Won't blow your motor either.
im selling my modified rail (ezzupturbo), sard 800cc all installed and a turbosmart fpr800 for 500 bucks if yoru keen. otherwise top feed or the jecs injectors. im going to topfeed with bosch 210lb ev14 injectors
