Bored, here's some pics of Z.

Hi,

Bored and thought I would upload a couple of pictures of my Z. These were taken a week ago on the day I got her back.

Already looks different now (since had windows tinted, and currently sitting pulled apart in the garage while doing HID lights, new BOV's and FMIC).

Can't seem to find a picture of the bonnet, which looks good but don't think it was worth all the expense and trouble.

whats the go with the exhaust pipes,in one pic it looks like cannons,in another it looks like there is tips on it ????????????

Is full exhaust (not just tips)

but I see what you mean....to be honest never noticed that they appear to shrink back in size. Previous owner put them on, but plan is to replace whole exhaust at some stage....drones too much on the highway. Really gets annoying.

Looks a lot better at the moment (well before I pulled it apart) just with the tinted windows and the tyres blacked.

Yeap. Over 11 months of work.

A four wheel drive went over it at work. Decided to do a heap of other painting/mods etc while the repairs were going on.

Funny you should ask

as I've been trying to work that out myself.

I did a mock up on the PC to see if I like it with or without, and still can't decide. Everyone I've asked reckon without....but I'm not so sure. I think the strip breaks up all the red (which isn't a bad thing).

It has been lowered plus it now wears 19" rims. Slight problem with the tyres rubbing the guards (they have been rolled) so I'm probably now going to change suspension and just bring the front up a tiny bit (as the smash repairer would say, about the length of a bees dick).

Love the look from side on with no "bob tail" wing, but hate the look from directly behind. Not sure what I'm going to do about that yet.

Yeah they do look good brazilian from the side ,but from the back,not so good ,ive always thought they need a wing of some sort to balance the look

 

How about a 9mm silver/white reflective tape pinstripe? Looks good in daytime, and is brilliant at night when hit by lights(I have blue on mine).

 

that looks ghey, maybe he should get one of those big starsky and hutch stripes
