Very impressed, noise was unbelievable! Only drove it on the oval so no idea about cornering but the acceleration & noise had me won over.
Was the current model in a midnight blue, looked very, very nice. Interior was bloody good to for a yank car

I think it was a 78 mini layland. Started of as a 700cc slug then got a 1275 race engine bored out to 1300 with high compression. Awsome power to weight great in the corners but never did the disc brake upgrade so it was a bit scary coming into the corners.

Most exotic car ive driven is my dads Porsche Carrera S.

Best car ive driven is my R32 GT-R.

    Other great cars ive driven:

Tophers 300ZX this thing was a beast for the mods.
Multiple 32 GT-R's best all rounder ive ever driven. Totally deserves its reputation.
Supercharged LS1's (Commo SS) Amazingly fast in a straight line, blew apart 400+kw turbo fords like there were standing still.
2Door STi was very bloody quick
S13/180SX not quick enough for me but very fun to drive
    33gts-t slow boring and ugly.

A mate of mine was doing IT at uni, finished, and started photography. He is currently in the swiss alps with some supercars... the number of awesome cars that he photographs, drives, and gets given for the weekend is amazing. Everything from race-spec merc SLS' through to porsche GT3rs, maserati... even drove a pagani zonda over the harbour bridge. Life is unfair :(

The most special: 1968 Shelby Mustang Cobra GT500.
Fathers car for something like 15yrs. Very special car, total standout.
    Tons of torque.

The most mental: RX4 Coupe with 13B bridge port, extended port, port here port there, port everywhere. I will never ever forget that one.

The most soul touching: My Z32TT is just, just, just a superb civilized package.
Not just the power but Roof off on a hot night or on a warm day.
The occasional squirt to hear the deep base of the 2.5" exhausts scream while pined to the seat = orgasmic...:zlove:
Considering what it is, it has the most stealthy exhaust noise in a car ever, love it. Can do warp 2 without waking up the cops.

Oh and as for the Ferrari Sound..... me and Tenitis don't mix. LOL.

But, i have never thrashed a car like my daily KE Laser. 4yrs now and it still thanks me for it, what a trouper (255K km on the clock). And, it's the only car to date that I have not been able to drift. It just grips like poo to a blanket to the point that I am too scared to push it any more. The old piece of sh.t amazing little car for what it is.
And for the record, i have taken the same corners as fast or even faster than the Z in it. The Z will drift on a tight corner, the Laser Just grips. DON'T ASK ME HOW.......but my theory is inertia. Laser 940Kg. Z1580Kg.

A mate of mine managed to understeer in the wet and jump his EB Falcon over a traffic island and came out the other side with no visable damage surprisingly. Is that close?

Nah, I've been in a car that rolled three times at 100, the first 1.5 rolls were in mid air. We barely missed a power pole and we were caught by a free that stopped us careening off a cliff and into a creek.

Still not as exciting as hitting a big gap for the first time.

tassuperkart Its a lie I tell you!

My dads 246Gt Ferrari Dino. Did many miles in that as a learner!! Ferrari 246 with L plates...what a sight!
His Phase 1 GTHO as well.
My M8's late model XR6-T. In excess of 490rwkw. An asbsolute brute of a thing is the only way to adequately describe...........Crabbing up the road in 3rd gear at some "go to jail" speed just from a throttle rollon with 4 x 90 + kilo mates all laughing hysterically is quite a memory..... and I was driving....bejeebuss that thing "felt" powerful!

Probably the most awesome thing Ive ever driven was my old Formula E superkart tho.
About 90 Hp @ 220 Kg with me in it. Doesnt sound like much on paper but its an absolute animal of a thing to pilot. You dont just drive these things you know....!!!
Probably the most exciting part is the eye bulging braking power. Its very difficult to describe the simple LOSS of any speed by leaning hard on that middle pedal.......

having been in a car that went over twice (and it was a 180B) and the scar on the head to prove it I will also vouch for this fact. jumping a bike is more fun than a car.

unfortunately my list of nice cars are not as extreme as most here, but here goes.

FPV GT BF falcon, HSV GTO Monaro, FPV Typhoon, XB GS panel van factory option to full GT spec (even factory GT id plate but ford refused to GT badge them) 351 with a toploader TQ40 cams blah blah blah the list goes on with that one. the first Z I owned (in 1994 twas a 1981 280zx) because it was awsome in no particular way but gorgeous anyway.

Drove a Lamborghini Countach to my Year 12 Graduation. Like a ****ing boss.

Family friend owned one, paid for my insurance and a full tank of gas and it came with the instructions "Id prefer you didnt crash it".

Everyone else has poncy Ford limos.

    I had a V12 Supercar.

Saw this old-school Nissan with the keys left in it - wish I'd jumped in for a whirl around the hospital carpark....
