Why are you planning to run 740CC injectors then limit yourself to only 16 PSI?

I just maxed out my stock 370CC injectors on 16 PSI with Stock Turbos... isn't 740CC injectors overkill?

For my 350-400RWKW build I'm sticking with 615CC injectors with standard fuel rail and no aftermarket FPR. Will possibly upgrade at a later date but even that should see me through for quite a while with no issues.

meh, it gives me room to move later on if I choose to upgrade turbos.
got them for cheaper than a set of 555's with the 300 degree rail!

and I'm limiting myself o 16psi as it's the limits of the turbo. any more boost is pointless through the housing. it won't flow and be useless! maybe when I get bored I'l throw a big single on :)

I'm looking for around 300rwkw on the high flows!

they are practically jwt530's core size.

but won't 18psi on stock turbo housings be above the maximum turbo Effieciency and greatly reduce the turbos life?

high flows with ball bearing cores are fine at 18psi.
problem with highflows is if pushed over 20psi they generate heat so not good for the engine (not the turbos)

well the exhaust housing and compresser wheel are bigger, but stock turbos that are high flowed arnt ball bearing?

    noobness coming out again lol.

Hi-flowing turbo's just means that you drop in a larger cartridge, ie our T22/25's with a GT28 cartridge is the common hi-flow which is a ball bearing garret cartridge. So hi-flowed stock turbo's are often ball bearing units, not always, but often if hi-flowed by GCG or similar. $300 hi-flow ebay jobbies are likely to be thrust bearing cartridges made by the xing-wah-wah-ling-long-super-fast-turbo company.

Or go overkill and ditch the internal pump, go twin bosche 044 external pumps and bobs your uncle, 600lph.

What pumps are you running on yours Andy to supply the E85?

I'm still running the OEM pump, but won't be for much longer. It supplies enough for the current limitations of the motor.

I'll be going twin 044's when I redo it this summer.
