Is this group Buy from UAS? One quick Question then im in. Can i adjust the height and damper setting with these coil overs? Also how much more if i can do it with an in car controller? And how much is the deposit i need to transfer? Cheers guys and sorry for the noob questions
I can answer 3 of em... Yes it's from UAS, the deposit is $200 and the in-car controller is + $530. Now for my own Q to Minivan: Whats the spring setting poundage on the stockies? I know you want to wrap this up ASAP, just wondering how much stiffer these would be.
Re: I can answer 3 of em... ive been chasing that info ever since i started.. all ive been told is that these are a fair bit stiffer.. remember guys, dont try to control body roll with springs, thats what sway bars are for, springs are designed to hold your wheels to the ground under all conditions (if youve ever been in a car with very hard springs, then hard brake over a bumpy surface, such as a tired old road, she will just skip over it and dramatically reduce braking performance), which is why the yanky spec ones are way too hard yes i know, i havent answered your question.. let me see if the serviuce manual helps out ah hah!, 2.8kg and 2.6kg so 80% stiffer up front 55% stiffer up back, which is quite a big jump when it comes to springs, you wouldnt want to go any harder yanky spec teins and HKS hipermax are just ridiculous, theyre double the jap spec teins (they think they know better)

Are they Height Adjustable? this will sound funny but i actually need to raise my car a little higher then standard height to make the kit legal.. Are they able to do this? if so im in, if its not to late, please pm me minivan
Re: Are they Height Adjustable? they wont raise the car higher than stock sorry, but you could always raise them all the way and put a big washer on top of the spring base to get that extra height. so i think they will suit
